If you’re trying to get your Chromebook touch screen to work, there are some fairly easy steps you can take, without requiring any special technical expertise or tools. Turn off your Chromebook and completely clean the screen with a lint-free cloth. The steps are similar to cleaning the iPad screen. Carefully remove any dirt or debris and wipe dry if there is any liquid on it.
